If the game does not load correctly, freezes while playing or you are experiencing any related technical problems in your farm, please try following these steps to try to fix it.
- If you are playing on a desktop:
- Please make sure your browser is updated to the latest version as that may resolve some issues.
- Check your internet connection or switch to another stable and good WiFi network.
- Try another browser. We recommend that you use the latest version of Chrome or Firefox.
- Clear your browser's cache for the Facebook web. You can easily do it following these steps:
- Google Chrome: Settings -> Privacy and security -> Clear browsing data -> Cached Images and files -> Clear Data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Options -> Privacy & Security --> Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> Cached Web Content -> Clear.
- Finally, reboot your computer.
- If you play on Android:
- Please make sure the app you are using to play (Facebook app or Solitaire Farm mobile app) is updated to the latest version.
- Check your mobile internet data or switch to a reliable WiFi network.
- Reboot your device.
- Delete the app and reinstall it from Google Play.
- If you play on iOS:
- Please make sure the app you are using to play (Facebook app or Solitaire Farm mobile app) is updated to the latest version.
- Check your mobile internet data or switch to a reliable WiFi network.
- Reboot your device.
- Delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store.
