We understand how important collecting stars is to you, and it’s easy to feel concerned if you think you’re not receiving them. But don’t worry! There are a few reasons why stars might not be showing up, and it's not always due to a bug. Let’s break it down!
Star Levels vs. Coin Levels
Stars can only be earned in Star Levels. To find these, look for the green button with a number in the bottom right corner of your game screen. Once you finish all available Star Levels, you’ll be moved to Coin Levels - these are marked by a golden button with a maple leaf.
It’s important to remember that Coin Levels do not give stars. But don’t worry, new star levels are released every two weeks, so you’ll be back to collecting stars soon!
Phil's House of Cards levels
These levels are available on weekends and are a fun part of the event. However, keep in mind that they do not reward stars either. Instead, they help you progress in the event and unlock cool rewards!
