Friends missing in the game

If your friends aren't showing up in the game and you're unable to get the +3 cards from them, don't worry - there’s an easy fix! When this issue happens, the "Cards From Friends" pop-up won’t show your friends' profile pictures:

 

⚠️ Note: If you've already used your friends' help for the day, it's normal for the pop-up to appear empty. You can only get help from each friend once per day.

 

 

How to fix it:

Follow these steps to restore your friends list. Don't worry, you won't lose your game progress!

• Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of Facebook, then click "Settings & privacy."

• Click on “Settings”.

• On the left side menu, click "Apps and websites."

 

• Find Solitaire Home Story in the list and click "Remove."

 

• Relaunch the game by clicking "Play on Facebook": https://fb.gg/play/solitairehomestory

After these steps, your friends should be visible again in the game!
