Creating and Leading Your Team

• Membership Capacity: Each team can consist of up to 30 members, including a designated team lead, creating an intimate yet robust group for undertaking team missions and challenges.
• Leadership Role: When you create a team, you aren't just joining; you're leading. The creator of the team automatically assumes the role of the team lead, setting the direction and strategy for the team.
• Leadership Transition: Leadership is a responsibility and a privilege. If a team lead decides to step down or leave the team, they cannot handpick their successor. Instead, the game will automatically assign the next team lead from the existing team members based on specific, undisclosed criteria designed to ensure fairness and continuity.
