Check your Internet connection:
- Get as close to the router as possible.
- Make sure no one in your household is downloading anything.
- Try using a different Wi-Fi network if available.

Restart your router:
- Press the power button or unplug the power cable.
- Wait 30-60 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for the lights to stabilize.

Troubleshoot your browser:
- Update your browser: Ensure it's up to date by following the steps for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari.
- Disable browser extensions: They can interfere with the game. In Chrome, type chrome://extensions/, then toggle them off. Find guides for Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
- Clear cookies and cache: In Chrome, go to "More tools" > "Clear browsing data" > "All time" > Clear cookies and cached files. Find guides for Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
- Restart your device: Power it off and back on to ensure a fresh start.
