If your game has slowed down a lot, don't worry! Just follow the troubleshooting steps below to help speed things back up. Click on your device's name for specific instructions.

🖥️ For Computer or Laptop:

Refresh the page (tap or click Ctrl+F5 on your keyboard).
Close and reopen the game.
Troubleshoot your browser:
- Update your browser: Ensure it's up to date by following the steps for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari.
- Disable browser extensions: They can interfere with the game. In Chrome, type chrome://extensions/, then toggle them off. Find guides for Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
- Clear cookies and cache: In Chrome, go to "More tools" > "Clear browsing data" > "All time" > Clear cookies and cached files. Find guides for Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
Close all tabs except the game.
Close any other programs on your device.
Restart your device. Power it off and back on to ensure a fresh start.
Avoid switching to other browser tabs or programs while playing.

Check your Internet connection:
- Get as close to the router as possible.
- Make sure no one in your household is downloading anything.
- Try using a different Wi-Fi network if available.
Restart your router:
- Press the power button or unplug the power cable.
- Wait 30-60 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for the lights to stabilize.

Note: Our game works best on Google Chrome - other browsers may cause issues.

🍏 For iPhone or iPad:

Make sure your Facebook app is up to date.
- Open the App Store, search for Facebook, and tap "Update" if available.
Make sure your operating system is up to date.
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If an update is available, tap "Download and Install."
Close all other apps to help your device run smoother.
- For iPhones with a home button: double-click the home button and swipe away the apps.
- For models without a home button: swipe up from the bottom and clear all apps.
Reinstall the Facebook app:
- Hold the Facebook app icon, select Remove App, then delete it.
- Reinstall it from the App Store.
Restart your device.
- For iPhone or iPad with Face ID: Press and hold either volume button and the side/top button until the power-off slider appears. Drag the slider, then wait for the device to turn off. To restart, press and hold the side/top button until the Apple logo appears.
- For iPhone or iPad with a home button: Press and hold the side/top button until the power-off slider appears. Drag the slider, wait for the device to turn off, then press and hold the side/top button to turn it back on.
Avoid switching to other apps while playing.

🤖 For Android phone:

Clear Facebook app cache:
- Open Settings > Apps > See all apps > Facebook > Storage & cache > Clear cache.
Update your Facebook app:
- Open the Google Play Store, search for Facebook, and tap "Update" if available.
Update your phone's operating system.
- - Open Settings > System > System update (or “About phone” if needed) and follow the instructions.
Close all other apps to help your device run smoother.
- Swipe up from the bottom and tap "Clear all".
Restart your phone by holding down the power button for about 30 seconds.
Avoid switching to other apps while playing.
