- Refresh the page (tap or click Ctrl+F5 on your keyboard).
- Close and reopen the game.

Troubleshoot your browser:
- Update your browser: Ensure it's up to date by following the steps for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari.
- Disable browser extensions: They can interfere with the game. In Chrome, type chrome://extensions/, then toggle them off. Find guides for Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
- Clear cookies and cache: In Chrome, go to "More tools" > "Clear browsing data" > "All time" > Clear cookies and cached files. Find guides for Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
- Close all tabs except the game.
- Close any other programs on your device.
- Restart your device. Power it off and back on to ensure a fresh start.
- Avoid switching to other browser tabs or programs while playing.
- If your device gets hot while playing, check out this article on how to manage that.

Check your Internet connection:
- Get as close to the router as possible.
- Make sure no one in your household is downloading anything.
- Try using a different Wi-Fi network if available.

Restart your router:
- Press the power button or unplug the power cable.
- Wait 30-60 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for the lights to stabilize.
Note: Our game works best on Google Chrome - other browsers may cause issues.

Make sure your Facebook app is up to date.

Open the App Store, search for Facebook, and tap "Update" if available.

- Make sure your operating system is up to date.
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If an update is available, tap "Download and Install."
- Close all other apps to help your device run smoother.
- For iPhones with a home button: double-click the home button and swipe away the apps.
- For models without a home button: swipe up from the bottom and clear all apps.

Reinstall the Facebook app:
- Hold the Facebook app icon, select Remove App, then delete it.
- Reinstall it from the App Store.

Restart your device.
- For iPhone or iPad with Face ID: Press and hold either volume button and the side/top button until the power-off slider appears. Drag the slider, then wait for the device to turn off. To restart, press and hold the side/top button until the Apple logo appears.
- For iPhone or iPad with a home button: Press and hold the side/top button until the power-off slider appears. Drag the slider, wait for the device to turn off, then press and hold the side/top button to turn it back on.
- Avoid switching to other apps while playing.

- Restart your phone by holding down the power button for about 30 seconds.
